In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "af77," "we," "us," or "the Company" refers to the operator of the af77 platform, a PAGCOR-licensed gaming entity registered under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• "Platform" means the af77 website at https://af77.lat, associated mobile applications, and all gaming and betting services accessible thereunder.
• "Player," "you," or "User" means any individual who creates or operates a registered account on the af77 Platform.
• "Account" means the individual player account created upon successful registration and identity verification on af77.
• "Wallet" means the Philippine Peso (₱)-denominated balance held within a Player's af77 Account.
• "Game" means any casino game, live dealer game, slot, bingo, Ludo Quick, Ganesh Fortune, or any other wagering product offered on the Platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a Game outcome or sporting event available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or cashback credits credited to a Player's Account as part of an af77 promotion.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority that issues and oversees af77's operating license.

By accessing, registering on, or using the af77 Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the af77 Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and af77. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

To register an account and participate in real-money gaming or betting on af77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform, in compliance with PAGCOR-mandated minimum gambling age requirements in the Philippines.

5. You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Philippine law.

Each eligible individual may register a maximum of one (1) af77 Account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and residential address. You agree to notify af77 promptly of any changes to your registered information by contacting support.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. af77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.

• Do not share your af77 account credentials with any other person.
• Do not access your account from a public or shared device without logging out after each session.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security.
• Report any suspected unauthorized account access to af77 support immediately.

af77 reserves the right to carry out enhanced KYC verification at any time, including requests for additional documentation, proof of payment method ownership, or source of funds declarations, in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and PAGCOR AML requirements.

All af77 Wallet transactions are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱). af77 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly — all amounts are denominated and processed in PHP.

Deposits: af77 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing conditions are displayed on the Deposit page within your Account. af77 does not charge fees on standard GCash and Maya deposits; however, your payment provider's own fee schedules may apply.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to your registered and verified payment method only. af77 does not process withdrawals to a payment method that was not used for a deposit or is not registered under the same verified identity. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timeframes are displayed in your Account withdrawal section.

af77 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, AML review, or investigation of any suspected irregular wagering activity. Players will be notified if a withdrawal review is initiated.

af77 offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and loyalty rewards to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the time of the promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this Article.

Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, the following general bonus terms apply to all af77 promotions:

• Bonuses are intended for personal, entertainment use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated on each promotion page.
• af77 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void associated winnings where evidence of bonus abuse, chip dumping, arbitrage wagering, or any other exploitation of promotional terms is identified.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new registrants who have not previously held an af77 Account. One welcome bonus per person, per household address, per device, and per payment method applies.
• Minimum qualifying deposit amounts and game contribution percentages toward wagering requirements are stated on each individual promotion page.

Bonus terms are subject to change at any time. Changes to ongoing active bonus terms will be communicated to affected Players with reasonable notice where operationally practicable.

Each Game available on the af77 Platform is subject to its own set of game rules, which are accessible from within the game interface or the game information panel in the lobby. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable game rules before placing any wager.

af77 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability of any Game. Scheduled maintenance, provider outages, or PAGCOR-mandated system audits may result in temporary unavailability of specific Games. af77 will endeavor to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.

In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game session, af77's game management system will determine the applicable outcome in accordance with the game provider's dispute resolution protocol. Bets placed during a confirmed system malfunction may be voided, and any affected stakes will be returned to the Player's Wallet.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the af77 Platform. Violation of any prohibition in this Article may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances without notice:

• Registering more than one af77 Account, whether under the same or different identity information.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or personal information to register or operate an af77 Account.
• Engaging in chip dumping, match fixing, collusion with other Players, or any coordinated strategy designed to defraud af77 or other Players.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence programs to interact with the Platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage or circumvents intended game mechanics.
• Exploiting software bugs, RNG vulnerabilities, or technical glitches for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring of transactions, or use of the Platform in connection with any proceeds of unlawful activity.
• Accessing the Platform in a manner that disrupts, overloads, or compromises the security or performance of af77's systems.
• Allowing a minor (any person under 21 years of age) to access or use your af77 Account.

af77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and operates in compliance with the PAGCOR Responsible Gaming Framework applicable to all licensed Philippine online gaming operators.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered af77 Players from within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit limits. Limit reductions are effective immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works of any af77 content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use the af77 brand name, logo, or any Platform content for commercial purposes without written authorization.

The af77 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, af77 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, accuracy of any game outcome, or fitness for any particular purpose.

af77's total liability to any Player for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the claim, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

af77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of winnings, arising from: (a) Platform unavailability or technical malfunction not caused by af77's gross negligence; (b) unauthorized access to a Player's Account resulting from the Player's failure to safeguard credentials; or (c) any decision by PAGCOR affecting af77's license or operations.

af77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the af77 Privacy Policy and the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines. By creating an af77 Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

af77 will share Player data with PAGCOR, the AMLC, the National Privacy Commission, and other relevant Philippine regulatory authorities as required by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Players may exercise their data subject rights — including the right to access, correct, and in certain circumstances erase their personal data — by contacting af77 at [email protected]. af77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where af77 reasonably determines that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms or any applicable game-specific rules.
• The Player has provided false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• The Account is suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• A regulatory directive or PAGCOR instruction requires the Account to be closed.
• The Player's continued use of the Platform poses an operational, legal, or reputational risk to af77.

Where an Account is closed due to a verified Terms breach, any Wallet balance may be forfeited at af77's discretion. Where an Account is closed at af77's initiative without a Terms breach by the Player, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be refunded to the Player's registered payment method.

Players may close their own af77 Account at any time by contacting support. Requests for permanent account closure unrelated to self-exclusion will be processed within five (5) business days.

af77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, Platform features, or operational policy. Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly alters your rights or obligations as a Player — af77 will provide advance notice of not less than seven (7) days via registered email address or in-app notification before the amendment takes effect. Non-material amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not change the substance of the Terms) may take effect immediately upon publication.

Continued use of the af77 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the af77 Platform, or any transaction on the Platform shall be resolved as follows:

1. Informal Resolution: Players are encouraged to contact af77 support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. af77 will endeavor to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days.
2. PAGCOR Complaint Mechanism: If a dispute is not resolved informally and relates to af77's conduct as a PAGCOR-licensed operator, Players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official player complaints process.
3. Courts of the Philippines: Where formal legal proceedings are necessary, the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
